NOVI, MICHIGAN— August 22, 2018 the planning commission board voted 6 to 0 to approve the rezoning change for The Adell Center development.
“The next step is to follow the requirements that were approved from the planning commission and get the final OK from the city council,” says Kevin Adell, Adell Center property owner.
